Shipping Charges and Policies:
Standard Shipping Charges– Purchased items are
shipped UPS
Ground, unless otherwise arranged.
Shipping charges are calculated based upon total
purchase
dollar amount, except for items requiring special
handling (see
below). Standard shipping charges follow.

$25-$34.99 $12.00
$35.00-$49.00 $14.00
FREE SHIPPING OVER $50.00
Excluding furniture or items that require
special handling
Special Handling – Certain oversized, fragile or
odd size items require special handling.
Special handling charges are indicated on the “store
page” for that item. For Special Handling
please contact us by phone or e-mail.
Overnight or Special Delivery (Rush Order) –
Overnight delivery or 2nd Day Air Delivery can
be arranged by contacting the Carmel Bay Company by
phone at (831) 624 3868.
Shipping Outside of the USA – Orders can be
shipped outside of the USA. Please contact the
office by email for details and shipping costs.
Returns:
Items may be returned in good condition within 30
days for a full refund. We'll also pay the
return shipping costs if return is due to our error (you
received an incorrect or defective item).
Tax:
Sales tax of 8.25% is automatically added to all
orders shipped to locations in the State of
California. Items shipping outside of California are not
subject to state sales tax.
